April 16th is National Advance Care Planning Day in Canada, and National Healthcare Decision Day in the U.S. – it’s a time to speak up and talk to loved ones about your wishes and the end of life care you’d want, if you were ill and couldn’t speak for yourself.

Channel 3 Communications and Summit Productions collaborated on the video to help generate discussion on the difficult, yet important topic.
